Welcome to Lobs ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Lobs (the "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.
2. Age Requirement
Lobs is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App or provide any information to us.
If we discover that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we might have any information from or about a user under 18, please contact us at customer@lobset.com.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your username, email address, and password.
- Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information such as a profile picture, bio, and other profile details.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): Any content you create, upload, post, or share on the App, including photos, videos, comments, messages, chat messages, posts, and other materials.
- Payment Information: When you make in-app purchases, we collect payment-related information through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment card information.
- Communications: When you contact us for support or feedback, we collect the information you provide in those communications.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the App, including the features you use, the actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
- Purchase History: We collect information about your in-app purchases, including purchase dates, amounts, and items purchased.
- Camera and Photos: With your permission, we access your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload photos and videos as User-Generated Content.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use the App, including IP address, access times, browser type, and pages viewed.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
If you choose to log in using third-party services (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In), we may receive information from those services according to their privacy policies and your privacy settings on those platforms.
Payment processing for in-app purchases is handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive transaction confirmation but do not have access to your full payment card details.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the App: To operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of the App.
- To Process Transactions: To process and fulfill in-app purchases, manage your virtual currency or premium features, and provide customer support related to purchases.
- To Improve Our Services: To understand how users interact with the App and improve user experience.
- To Communicate with You: To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, support messages, and purchase confirmations.
- To Enable User Features: To allow you to participate in interactive features such as chat rooms, messaging, posting content, and commenting.
- To Ensure Safety and Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and violations of our EULA and Content Policy.
- To Moderate Content: To review and moderate User-Generated Content to ensure compliance with our Content Policy.
- To Manage Subscriptions: To manage any subscription-based features or services you may purchase.
- To Enforce Our Policies: To enforce our terms of service, EULA, and this Privacy Policy.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
5. In-App Purchases
In-App Purchase Information: Lobs offers in-app purchases for virtual currency, premium features, and content unlocking. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
5.1 Types of In-App Purchases
The App may offer the following types of in-app purchases:
- Virtual Currency: Purchase virtual coins or tokens that can be used within the App to unlock content, access premium features, or make virtual gifts.
- Content Unlocking: Purchase the ability to unlock specific videos, chat rooms, posts, or other content.
- Premium Features: Purchase access to enhanced features or functionality within the App.
- One-Time Purchases: Non-recurring purchases of specific items or features.
5.2 Payment Processing
All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles all payment processing and billing. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card information. Your payment information is subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms of service.
5.3 Purchase Information We Receive
When you make an in-app purchase, we receive the following information from Apple:
- Transaction ID (a unique identifier for the purchase)
- Purchase date and time
- Product purchased
- Purchase amount (in local currency)
- Receipt validation data
We use this information to:
- Credit your account with purchased virtual currency or unlock purchased content
- Maintain a record of your purchases for customer support purposes
- Prevent fraud and unauthorized purchases
- Comply with tax and accounting requirements
5.4 Virtual Currency
Virtual currency purchased in the App:
- Has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods or services.
- Can only be used within the App to unlock content or access features.
- Does not expire unless required by law or stated in the purchase terms.
- Is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to other users or accounts.
- May be lost if you delete your account or if your account is terminated for policy violations.
- Is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
5.5 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about a purchase, please contact Apple's customer support, as they handle all billing and refund matters for in-app purchases.
If you encounter technical issues with content you purchased, please contact us at customer@lobset.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the prices of in-app purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made but will apply to future purchases. We are not required to provide advance notice of price changes.
5.7 Promotional Offers
We may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers for in-app purchases. These offers may be time-limited, one-time-only, or subject to other restrictions. Promotional terms will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Content Moderation
6.1 Your Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all User-Generated Content that you upload, post, or share on the App. By submitting UGC, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use the content.
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
- Your content complies with our Content Policy and all applicable laws.
6.2 Prohibited Content
Strictly Prohibited Content: The following types of content are absolutely prohibited on Lobs and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- Adult or Sexual Content: Any pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including nudity, sexual acts, or content intended to sexually arouse.
- Offensive or Disturbing Content: Content that is excessively violent, gory, shocking, or otherwise intended to disgust or disturb viewers.
- Gambling-Related Content: Content promoting, facilitating, or depicting gambling, betting, casinos, or games of chance for money or prizes.
- Drug-Related Content: Content promoting, selling, or depicting the use of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
- Political Content: Content that promotes political agendas, political campaigns, political figures, or political activism.
- Discriminatory Content: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
- Hate Speech: Content that attacks, threatens, or incites violence or hatred against any person or group.
- Harassment and Bullying: Content that harasses, intimidates, bullies, or threatens other users.
- Misinformation: Deliberately false or misleading information that could cause harm.
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities or criminal behavior.
- Self-Harm Content: Content that promotes, encourages, or depicts self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Child Exploitation: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
- Spam and Scams: Repetitive, misleading, or deceptive content intended to manipulate or defraud users.
6.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate all User-Generated Content. We may:
- Remove or refuse to display any content that violates this Privacy Policy, our EULA, or Content Policy.
- Suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our policies.
- Forfeit any virtual currency or purchased content associated with terminated accounts.
- Report illegal content to law enforcement authorities.
- Preserve content and account information for legal purposes.
However, we are not obligated to monitor all content and do not assume responsibility for monitoring or moderating User-Generated Content. The presence of moderation does not mean we review all content before it appears on the App.
6.4 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates our policies, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting features or by contacting us at customer@lobset.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
7.1 With Other Users
When you post User-Generated Content or participate in public features of the App, that information may be visible to other users according to your privacy settings.
7.2 With Service Providers
We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analysis, customer service, payment processing, and technical support. These service providers are obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes we specify.
7.3 With Payment Processors
In-app purchase information is shared with Apple as the payment processor. Apple's processing of your payment information is governed by their privacy policy.
7.4 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or governmental requests.
- Enforce our EULA, Privacy Policy, or other agreements.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Lobs, our users, or the public.
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- Respond to claims that content violates the rights of third parties.
7.5 Business Transfers
If Lobs is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We may share your information with third parties when you give us explicit consent to do so.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
9.1 Access and Update Your Information
You can access and update your account information at any time through the App settings. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date.
9.2 Delete Your Account
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. When you delete your account:
- We will delete your personal information, but some information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period for legal or operational purposes.
- Any unused virtual currency will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
- Access to purchased content will be lost.
- The action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
9.3 Control Your Content
You can delete content you have posted at any time. However, please note that copies of deleted content may remain in cached and archived pages, or may have been copied or stored by other users.
9.4 Purchase History
You can view your in-app purchase history through your Apple ID account. For questions about specific purchases, please contact Apple Support.
9.5 Communication Preferences
You can control the communications you receive from us through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
10. GDPR Compliance (For European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
10.1 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: When you give us explicit consent to process your data for specific purposes.
- Contractual Necessity: When processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (i.e., to provide the App services and process purchases).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at customer@lobset.com. We will respond to your request within one month, or inform you if we need additional time (up to two additional months in complex cases).
10.4 International Data Transfers
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of these regions. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. The retention period depends on:
- The nature of the information collected.
- The purposes for which we use the information.
- Our legal obligations to retain the information (e.g., tax records, purchase history).
- Whether you have requested deletion of your account or information.
Purchase and transaction records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements, even after account deletion.
When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it. However, we may retain certain information for longer periods when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, which is a third-party service. Apple's privacy policy and terms of service apply to payment processing.
13. End User License Agreement (EULA) Acknowledgment
By using the App, you agree to comply with our End User License Agreement (EULA), which incorporates this Privacy Policy by reference. Our EULA sets forth additional terms and conditions governing your use of the App, including:
- Acceptable use policies.
- Prohibited conduct and content.
- Intellectual property rights.
- In-app purchase terms and conditions.
- Virtual currency terms.
- Disclaimers and limitations of liability.
- Dispute resolution procedures.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for offensive content and inappropriate user behavior. Users who violate our Content Policy, EULA, or this Privacy Policy will face immediate consequences, including but not limited to:
- Content removal
- Account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of virtual currency and purchased content
- No refunds for terminated accounts
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities (for illegal content)
- Legal action (for severe or repeated violations)
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
- Notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
- Obtain your consent where required by law.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
15. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible, and any purchases made will be reported to Apple for potential refund processing.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us with personal information or made unauthorized purchases, please contact us immediately at customer@lobset.com and also contact Apple Support.
16. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements for purchase records).
- Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. (Note: We do not sell personal information.)
- Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.

- Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations will forfeit all virtual currency and purchased content.

- We have zero tolerance for violations of our policies.
- You are responsible for all content you post or share.
